These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of any game, application, website, content, or related service operated by PostGo Games that links to these Terms (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
1. Who we are
The Services are provided by PostGo Games ("PostGo," "we," "us," or "our"). Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@postgo.dev.
2. License to use the Services
Subject to these Terms and applicable marketplace rules, PostGo grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Services on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services except where expressly permitted;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the Services, except where applicable law does not allow this restriction;
- bypass subscriptions, access controls, security, or technical restrictions;
- use automation, exploits, or unauthorized software to interfere with the Services;
- use the Services unlawfully or in a way that harms other people; or
- remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
3. Party game content and player conduct
PostGo games are entertainment tools intended for voluntary group play. Players are responsible for choosing participants, categories, prompts, and an appropriate play environment. Do not use a prompt to pressure another person into unsafe, unlawful, humiliating, discriminatory, or unwanted conduct. Any player may stop participating at any time.
Game outcomes, prompts, roles, and scores are for entertainment only. They should not be used to make medical, legal, financial, employment, educational, or other consequential decisions.
4. Premium subscriptions and purchases
Some Services offer optional subscriptions or other purchases. The price, billing period, trial terms, and included benefits are shown before you confirm a purchase. Transactions may be processed by an app marketplace or other payment provider and are also subject to that provider's terms.
Automatic renewal
A subscription automatically renews for the billing period shown at purchase unless you cancel it through the marketplace or payment account used for the transaction before renewal. Deleting a Service does not cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the provider that processed the purchase.
Free trials and introductory offers
Eligibility and duration are determined by the applicable offer and transaction provider. Unless canceled before the trial ends, a trial may convert to a paid, automatically renewing subscription at the price disclosed when you subscribed.
Restoring purchases
Where supported, you may use the Restore feature in the Service. Restoration depends on the account used for the original transaction, platform rules, purchase status, and technical availability.
Refunds
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by the marketplace or payment provider that processed the transaction. PostGo does not receive your full payment card details and generally cannot directly issue a refund for a transaction processed by another provider.
Prices, taxes, currencies, and available plans may vary by location and platform and may change for future billing periods with notice required by the applicable store or law.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, graphics, text, game content, branding, and other materials, are owned by PostGo or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. PostGo names, logos, product names, and associated marks may not be used without permission.
6. Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party marketplaces, payment processors, subscription providers, hosting services, analytics tools, content providers, or other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. PostGo is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
If you obtained a Service through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace provider is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms where its rules require and may enforce the relevant provisions against you.
7. Service availability and changes
We may update, add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the Services, maintain security, comply with law, or reflect business changes. We do not guarantee that every feature, category, prompt, subscription offer, or Service will always be available in every country or on every device.
We may terminate or restrict access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or create legal or security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." PostGo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostGo and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to PostGo for the applicable Service during the 12 months before the claim or the minimum amount required by law.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer protections.
10. Governing rules and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the PostGo entity providing the Service, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. You may also have the right to use local courts or consumer dispute procedures under applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, or our business. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
12. General
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a corporate transaction or transfer of the Services. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable purchase disclosures, and mandatory app store terms form the agreement concerning your use of the Services.
