PostGo Games ("PostGo," "we," "us," or "our") creates and operates games, applications, websites, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use any PostGo product or service that links to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").

The information handled by a particular Service depends on the features you choose to use. We apply this Policy across the Services and provide additional notice where a feature or local law requires it.

1. Information we handle

Information you provide

We receive information you choose to provide, such as messages, email addresses, screenshots, feedback, and troubleshooting details when you contact us. A Service with optional account, profile, or social features may also process the information you submit through those features, as explained when it is requested.

Information stored on your device

A Service may store settings, language choices, game progress, selected content, and similar preferences locally on your device. Information that remains only on your device is not received by PostGo. You can generally remove it by clearing the Service's data or uninstalling it.

Purchases and subscriptions

When a Service offers purchases or subscriptions, the applicable app marketplace, payment processor, or subscription management provider may process an anonymous or account-related identifier, product information, purchase history, transaction status, subscription status, and entitlement information. We use this information to show offers, complete and restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide purchased features.

Payment credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider. PostGo does not receive or store your full payment card number.

Device, usage, and diagnostic information

A Service and its providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. This may include device type, operating system, app version, language, country or general region, IP address, anonymous identifiers, feature interactions, request timestamps, crash information, and service logs. The exact information depends on the Service, platform, settings, and features used.

2. How we use information

We use information where reasonably necessary to:

  • provide, personalize, maintain, and secure the Services;
  • save settings and support gameplay features;
  • display, complete, validate, and restore purchases or subscriptions;
  • respond to support requests and feedback;
  • understand performance, diagnose errors, and improve the Services;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use; and
  • protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, PostGo, and others.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent, depending on the activity and jurisdiction.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information as necessary to:

  • app marketplaces, payment processors, and subscription management providers;
  • hosting, infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, security, and customer support providers;
  • professional advisers, authorities, or other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights; and
  • a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Providers may process information only for the services they perform for us or under their own terms and privacy policies, as applicable. If a Service uses personalized advertising or another activity requiring additional notice or consent, the Service will provide the choices required by applicable law.

4. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining transaction and security records, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the Service, and legal requirements.

Information stored only on your device remains there until you clear the Service's data or uninstall it. We delete or anonymize information under our control when it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

  • You can adjust available privacy and permission settings in the Service or on your device.
  • You can remove locally stored information by clearing the Service's data or uninstalling it.
  • You can manage purchases and subscriptions through the marketplace or payment account used for the transaction.
  • You can submit a privacy request by emailing support@postgo.dev.

We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

6. International transfers

PostGo and our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. Privacy laws may differ between jurisdictions.

7. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-party links and services

The Services may contain links to or interact with services operated by others. Their information practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Services, our practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required by law.

11. Contact us
